Please read all the instructions on the product packaging before use to ensure that it is suitable.
Any breakages must be reported within 2 days of collection or delivery along with photographic proof of dame, any faulty items must be returned to us complete with packaging.
Any damages reported after this period will not be replaced.
Any advice given to regarding fixing, finishing and fitting is given as a guide only, we advise that you should seek qualified tradesmen advice for each area of work being undertaken.
We will not be held responsible for extra hours worked by tradesmen.
Although we offer free storage to customers we will not accept any request for a refund on those goods that have been stored for over a period of 5 days, a credit note or an alternative product will be offered.
We will only offer a refund on our stocked tiles to the quantity of four square metres, providing that we still stock and have the same shade and calibre, the goods are in a re saleable condition and un opened.
We do not take back over ordered adhesive and grouts ~ due to the nature of the product and conditions they require for storage ).
Special order in tiles
We can not accept returns on over ordered special order in tiles, nor can we cancel an order that has been placed with our supplies after 11.00 on the same day.
We will not accept returns on bathroom fixtures and fittings and we advise you that the products chosen by you must be of the correct size and fit for your requirements, we advise that you obtain expert advice in the trade to clarify that the goods you are purchasing meet your requirements.
